Services & Pricing

Prices written down, like they should be.

Too many good barns and trainers are hard to find online, or they're represented by a site that doesn't show the care they put into their horses. Founding Bay is here to help equine programs and professionals look as good online as they are in person, and to give them a website that helps the business grow.

Every site is custom. These are starting prices, and you'll get a firm written quote after our first call.

Questions

The things people ask first.

Who owns the site?

You do. Your domain, your words, and your photos are yours. If you ever decide to move on, I’ll hand everything over.

How do updates work?

The things that change often, like sale horses, open stalls, and clinic dates, can be set up so you update them yourself from your phone. On a care plan, I handle edits for you each month. Otherwise I’ll quote a change before I make it.

What do I need to provide?

Your knowledge of your barn, and good photos if you have them. I’ll ask the questions and help with the words. No photos yet? I can plan the shoot with an equine photographer. The photographer’s own fee is separate and isn’t included in my pricing.

How long does it take?

Entry takes 3–4 weeks, Signature 5–7, and Estate 8–10. The clock starts once your content and photos are in. If you need it sooner, rush delivery in under 3 weeks is available for 20% of the project.

How does payment work?

A 50% deposit is due when you sign the contract. It holds your place on my calendar, and design work begins once it’s in. The other 50% is due at launch. Estate projects can be split into three payments.

What happens if I don’t renew the care plan?

Your site stays yours. I’ll hand over the files and access you need to host it yourself or with someone else. From then on, updates, backups, and security are in your hands.
